To address this, Ablewhite Solutions can transfer both image and video files to CD-ROM in VideoCD (VCD) format. This can then be used with both VCD and DVD players to display the original files on a household television.

Which file formats are supported?

Please note that the VideoCD format only supports JPEG images and MPEG video files. However, in line with our file conversion service, ablewhitesolutions are able to convert most popular image and video formats to VideoCD-compliant versions.

It should also be noted that all media files submitted for transfer to VideoCD will be resized to the VCD standard resolution. This is 352x240 (NTSC) or 352x288 (PAL), which is roughly comparable to VHS quality.
